Old LDS chapel turned into luxury units in downtown Provo

Completed in 1924, the LDS chapel occupied by the Provo 4th Ward for many years was purchased by Greg Soter and preserved by turning the dilapidated building into 15 luxury apartment units near downtown Provo.
