'Candy Bomber' drops sweet payload in SCERA Park on July 3

Col. Gail S. Halvorsen, best known as the Candy Bomber, has been around the world bringing joy and candy to children and adults alike.

On July 3, he delivered what could be his last candy drop at the Cries of Freedom event at SCERA Park, 699 S. State St., in Orem.
